We are looking to add a dynamic individual to our team who is hungry to make a difference! You would be responsible for learning the Express way, building and creating relationships with clients in the Lakewood area.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting with companies face2face and over the phone. You have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective client companies. Additionally, you are committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of companies hiring
- Call on 100 decision Makers / Weekly
- Conduct 10 face to face appointments weekly
- Qualify companies by asking hiring and skill related questions
- Serve as contact person for all client companies
- Send 3 Weekly email campaigns
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails & Marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of business development
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Pay : 45,000-50,000 annual salary plus commissions ($20-50k/year), trip incentives, mileage, medical/dental/vision benefits 95% covered for employee.
