Healthcare Staffing Account Manager - Sales/Staffing

Express Healthcare Staffing, an Express Services Inc. company, is seeking a driven and experienced Healthcare Staffing Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In collaboration with the Healthcare Staffing Team, you will be responsible for identifying and communicating with potential client partners to provide healthcare staffing services in a variety of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sales and staffing functions

• Assist in additional administrative functions to ensure a smooth and productive work environment

• Answer telephone calls, respond to text messages, and reply to emails

• Document requests and staffing availability of active clinicians in Bluesky

• Generate and distribute staffing and revenue reports daily

• Manage clinical staff to ensure placements on all open day-to-day job orders and available assignments

• Review on-call logs to ensure data is documented in BlueSky

• Provide on-call support after hours and during emergency situations, as needed

• Develop and execute effective sales campaigns through various channels, following the Sales Scorecard

• Fill open positions for per diem orders by understanding the staffing needs of clinicians and clients

• Maintain involvement with community associations, schools, and networking events to promote Express and develop a strong community presence for sales success

• Process sales documents, including contracts, new client information, credit checks, and WC codes, using established processes through Express HQ

• Prioritize tasks and sales functions with a sense of urgency

• Understand and apply effective sales techniques for all Healthcare lines of business

• Complete on-site visits with current/active clients to maintain relationships

• Understand pricing for various business lines (LTC, ALF, Hospitals, Surgery Centers, etc.) and monitor market changes in rates

• Generate and analyze missing client reports and share information with the team

• Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance

• Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation

• Display excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills when working with clients and clinicians, remaining calm and courteous under pressure

• Respectfully take direction from supervisor

Qualifications:

• Require associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or a minimum ofsix months experience and/or training; or equivalent combinations of both.

• Require excellent verbal communication skills in English and the ability to build strong relationshipsthrough negotiation, persuasion, and composure under pressure.

• Require mathematical, analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Require specialized computer skills using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and database management to write/create reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and procedural manuals.

• Ability to type 50+ words per minute.
