About the Role
The Client Growth Specialist is an entry-level role designed for individuals passionate about building relationships and driving business growth. This position combines traditional business development with modern social selling strategies to generate new client opportunities in the healthcare staffing industry.
You’ll focus on opening doors with decision-makers, securing qualified appointments, and building Express Healthcare Staffing’s reputation through in-person and digital engagement. Over time, this role can evolve into a Client Growth Manager position, where you’ll develop closing skills and assume client retention responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
* New Client Acquisition
* Secure at least 1 new client per week (goal: 2)
* Schedule 7–10 discovery appointments weekly
* Make 100+ decision-maker connections weekly via calls, social touches, or meetings
* Execute 20 outbound calls daily and maintain a Top 20 prospect list
* Social Selling & Digital Presence
* Engage daily on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
* Create and share 1 video or blog post weekly showcasing Express solutions
* Run targeted ad campaigns and convert leads into appointments
* Respond to social media inquiries within 24 hours
* Reputation & Reviews
* Secure 1–2 new Google reviews weekly from active clients
* Leverage testimonials for marketing and proposals
* Marketing & Brand Growth
* Collaborate on quarterly marketing strategies
* Maintain weekly email marketing cadence
* Attend 2+ client/prospect events per quarter

What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in sales or social selling (B2B or B2C)
* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
* Tech-savvy with experience in:
* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Social media platforms and digital marketing tools
* Creative platforms like Canva or Visme (preferred)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
* Reliable transportation for client visits
